Woopra and great website analytics

Added options to online analytics

I love the fact that website analytics gives you the ability to base your actions on data as opposed to intuition, something that just makes one job as a marketer and communicator super better. However, often times you find someone telling you that you have a lot of traffic on your site. Now that’s great in all fairness as far as brand visibility is concerned, but, the reasonable man reserves the right to ask so what? So what if I have a lot of traffic? What can I do with it?Well, Woopra offers options that are beyond numbers reporting. They not only allow you to see how many people visited your site and what pages and links they visited, but you are also offered a range of visitor analytics.

First off, they allow you real time visitor analysis, letting you see people visit your site as they do so. Woopra takes it a step further by also letting you chat to your visitor. Imagine a case scenario where you can see a potential client navigate your site, then ask them if they’d like to talk to you, all in real time!

Woopra also has an attractive interface that is very user friendly.

However, maintain your Google Analytics (or get one now if you don’t have this!) and run Wooopra alongside. This is because Woopra offers little in the way of online support for business, in terms of conversions, advertising trackings and custom filters. Hopefully however, since the product is in continuing development, this will be addressed soon.

  1. These are great tools, i personally use clicktale which has the best of the bunch in my opinion. Its heatmaps are second to none.
